We currently accept card payments as follows: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, MasterCard Mobile, Visa, PayPal and Stripe
Do you allow refunds if a customer changes his mind?
Refunds are allowed if the items are returned in their original package undamaged. The payment will be shown up in your account within 14 business days after the product is received.
To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
All the orders are processed in the same day. For worders placed on Saturday and Sunday please allow us up to 24 hours to process the order.
Do you ship packages Internationally?
Shipping internationally is one of our top priorities. We plan this delivery option to be available in the following months.
Do you offer loyalty points, cards, or certificates?
We don not have a loyalty system yet, however, we post weekly ongoing promotions which allow our customers to pay less when buying certain products.

Can I change my online order after I have placed it?
It all depends on how quickly after placing an order you will let us know. If your item has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you will receive your item. Please write us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you.
Where are my itmes coming from?
All of our products are mainly manufactured in the united kingdom. There are a number of items offered by major suppliers in the united kingdom but products are manufactured from their factories outside the united kingdom.

How do I track my order?
Please let us know if you’d like to be able to track your items and we will provide your tracking number. Tracking usually will be sent to your email.
What if my item is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our customer service team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible.
